  • Tajudeen Audu is the Founder of TPS Professional Services and a guiding force behind its vision and strategic direction. With a focus on long-term growth, innovation, and institutional excellence, he provides high-level strategic counsel and supports the actualisation of the organisation’s mission. While not involved in day-to-day management, his leadership continues to shape the organisation’s evolution, ensuring alignment with its founding principles and sustained impact.

    A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and the Courier and Logistics Management Institute (CLMI), Tajudeen also holds membership in the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN). He earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry from Ahmadu Bello University (1984) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Ilorin (1996).

    With over 35 years of progressive experience across Audit and Accounting, Tax Practice, Public Revenue Consultancy, Debt Recovery, Bank Reconciliation, Public Enterprise Privatisation, Financial and Management Consultancy, Manufacturing, Construction, Banking Services, and Business Advisory, Tajudeen brings a wealth of expertise and perspective to strategic decision-making.

Sheriff Abdulkadir, FCA

  • Sheriff is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial advisory services. As the Managing Partner of the firm, he provides strategic leadership and oversight, driving the firm’s commitment to excellence, integrity, and client-focused service delivery.

    With a distinguished career spanning both the public and private sectors, Sheriff has led numerous audit engagements, financial reviews, and compliance assignments across diverse industries, including oil and gas, energy, media, banking, government institutions, and non-profit organizations. His pragmatic approach, coupled with a deep understanding of accounting and audit standards, has earned him a reputation for precision, technical competence, and sound professional judgment.

    Beyond his professional practice, Sheriff is deeply committed to promoting ethical standards and capacity building within the accounting profession.   • Pelumi Odutola is a seasoned Professional with over sixteen years of multifaceted experience providing tailored assurance, advisory, and capital development solutions to enterprises across diverse sectors. She has successfully led several high-impact projects for the Nigerian Government and International Development partners, including the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), ONE Campaign, and The Global Fund.

    Pelumi’s expertise spans programme management, strategy development and execution, organizational transformation, and financial advisory. She has supported numerous organizations to strengthen their financial operations, governance structures, and overall business performance. Her strong background in organizational development and change management enables her to guide SMEs and large institutions alike through today’s dynamic business environment. Pelumi’s professional experience also covers financial reporting, taxation, and audit, providing her with a comprehensive perspective on business assurance and sustainable business growth.

    Pelumi is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Covenant University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Wales, United Kingdom.

Sadiq Ibrahim, FCA, FCTI

  • Mr. Sadiq Akolawole Ibrahim leads the tax practice at TAC Professional Services and an Associate Partner at TPS Professional Services. He is a distinguished financial expert with a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Ilorin. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACITN).

    A seasoned tax practitioner, Mr. Sadiq began his career as an accountant in the public sector, where he gained invaluable experience in public financial management. In 2017, he transitioned to the private sector, joining the TAC Group. Since then, he has successfully leveraged his extensive experience across both the public and private sectors to provide expert guidance in taxation and financial strategy.

    Renowned for his analytical rigor and practical approach, Mr. Sadiq offers comprehensive, client-focused tax solutions that reflect a deep understanding of both regulatory frameworks and business realities. His broad-based expertise and commitment to excellence make him a trusted advisor to a diverse clientele.

Haliru Audu, PhD

  • Dr. Haliru is an accomplished Energy Economist who leads the Energy and Infrastructure Practice at TPS Professional Services. He has extensive experience in energy sector consultancy, with deep expertise in gas markets, power sector reforms, and infrastructure development.

    With a strong background in advisory and transaction support, Haliru has contributed to several landmark projects in Nigeria’s energy and transport sectors. He played a key role as part of the transaction advisory team supporting the Government of Nigeria in the privatization of 17 successor companies created from the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN)—a milestone regarded as the largest power sector transaction in African history, generating approximately $2.5 billion in proceeds.

    Haliru has also coordinated major feasibility and policy studies, including the evaluation of the technical, economic, and financial viability of proposed standard gauge rail corridors across Northern Nigeria, and the initial mapping and scoping of the Nigerian Oil & Gas sector as part of a national reform initiative.

    He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the American University of Nigeria, a Master’s degree in Energy Economics & Policy from the University of Surrey, Guildford (UK), and a PhD in Energy Economics from Nile University of Nigeria.
