Financial Services

Government & Public Sector
The Public Sector is part of the economy that is controlled by the Government (National, State or Local). In Nigeria, provision of consultancies, goods and services for the Government is usually outsourced to individuals or companies. As such, there is the need for transparency and accountability. However, this may seem impossible due to various reasons.
Our team has a good knowledge of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) and will not relent in ensuring that we maintain best practices in rendering our services to the public sector and also assist in promoting transparency and accountability.

Oil & Gas
We are known advocates of transparency and accountability in the oil and gas industry. We have a team of experts with in-depth knowledge of oil and gas industry value chain and activities to provide specific solutions and advise on issues while making contributions in geopolitical and regulatory transformations.
We were engaged by the Nigerian Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI) for the conduct of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Audit for two audit cycles (2012 & 2013, conducted in 2014 and 2015). The audit reports produced by our firm as at the completion of the NEITI audits were adjudged as one of the best EITI reports ever produced by Nigeria. We are also a partner on the Department for International Development (DFID) sponsored Facility for Oil sector Transparency and Reform in Nigeria (FOSTER II) project.
